AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and AK Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our website, digital products, courses, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included in the Services—including videos, text, graphics, downloads, trademarks, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to AK Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, share login access, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that:
You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
You will comply with all applicable laws
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days by written notice.
Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the United States, conducted in Virginia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We agree to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
No Class Actions
Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.
11. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, employment outcomes, or specific success.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to claims arising within 6 months of payment.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AK Media LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AK Media LLC. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
