Thank you for your purchase. AK Media LLC provides digital products and services, including online courses, educational materials, and coaching services. Please read this Fulfillment & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Product Fulfillment
All products sold by AK Media LLC are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased product through your account or via electronic delivery.
No physical goods are shipped.
Refund Policy – Digital Courses
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.
We offer a 14-day limited refund policy for digital courses. Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:
The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
The request is made in writing to info@agathakang.com
Less than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed
Course materials have not been substantially downloaded, copied, or shared
Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.
Coaching, Consulting, and 1:1 Services
All coaching sessions, consulting services, and 1:1 engagements are non-refundable once delivered.
If a coaching session has been purchased but not yet delivered, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Bundles & Promotions
If a purchase includes both digital products and services, any eligible refund will be prorated based on what has already been accessed or delivered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of submitting a refund request may result in immediate suspension of access to purchased content and future services.
No Physical Returns
Because all products are delivered digitally, no physical returns are accepted, and no return shipping address is required.
